2025-26 Metro North-East Open Gender Pennants

Warrawee Club (WBC) fielded only 1 Team in 2025-26 Metro North-East Open Gender Pennant Competition in the Grade 5 division

The WBC Team was placed in Section 4 of this Metro North-East Zone. After all 6 matches, WBC Team had 4 wins and 2 losses to finish with the same number of points as Mosman Bowling Club. Unfortunately, Mosman Bowling Club won the section with a more superior score%. Click button below for Results

The Metro Zone grade 5 playoff was played between Harbord, Newport Beach, Chatswood and Mosman bowling clubs. Newport Beach won the Pennant Grade 5 Final.

Consistency Singles 27 June 2026. Christer Bergman regained the Consistency Singles title defeating Steve Ogden in the final. This is his fourth title after also winning it in 2019, 2020 and 2023/24.

Newson Pairs 22 April 2026. Brian Harris & Sonny Ching beat Bryan Boyd & Karl Proft in a very even final.

Veteran Handicap Pairs 21 Nov 2025. Warwick Davis (sub) & John Douglas beat Lindy Russell & Keith Handley. Warwick Davis substituted for Grahame South in this match.

2024/25 ZONE 9 Open Gender Pennant
Warrawee Club has 2 teams (Grade 5 & 7) playing in this competition

The Grade 5 team was placed in Zone 9 Section 3 group. The Grade 5 team won the Zone 9 Section 3 Group. Click here for the latest results/ladder position. However, the team lost to Newport and Harbord teams in the finals series.

2025 Langkar/Salenger Challenge at Warrawee (HOME)

26 Mar 2025 -6 Teams of triples from Killara played at Warrawee Bowling Club. Warrawee won the big board 143-96 to retain Original Large Langkar painting again. The best performing Warrawee team was Nelson Tan, Ken Li and Malcolm Kirby. For Killara, it was Ian Armstrong, Ian Webster, and Rod Henriks. The best performing team from each club were awarded a bottle of Johnnie Walker Scotch Whisky each.
